Richard Nii Armah Quaye, Ga Mantse to launch scholarship fund for brilliant but needy Ga-Dangme students

The RNAQ Foundation, in partnership with the Ga Mantse Foundation, is set to launch the RNAQ Ga-Dangme Youth Scholarship Fund to support brilliant but needy students within the Ga-Dangme community.

The initiative, under the theme “One Ga-Dangme, One Heart, Rising Together,” is expected to be launched on Monday, September 14, as part of efforts to promote unity and support educational advancement among Ga-Dangme youth.

The initiative is being spearheaded by millionaire and President of the RNAQ Holdings, Richard Nii Armah Quaye, as his contribution towards the educational development of the Ga-Dangme community.

A video shared on his social media platforms said the scholarship is intended to ensure that young people with academic potential are not denied opportunities because of financial difficulties.

The initiative also seeks to encourage members of the Ga-Dangme community to contribute to the development of their people and build a stronger future through education.

“We are one people. Every stool, every quarter, every street that runs down to the sea. What blood! We have always been the people of this coast,” the voiceover said.

It added: “Imagine a coast where no bright child is ever turned away from their future. Imagine our young rising Ga-Dangme scholars, Ga-Dangme builders, Ga-Dangme leaders carrying our name to every corner of the earth.”

The voiceover further noted that the scholarship fund is not intended to be a one-off intervention but part of a broader vision to empower the youth and encourage the community to invest in its own future.
