The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that its online passport application portal, passport.mfa.gov.gh, is temporarily unavailable due to technical problems.
The Ministry said the outage is affecting customers who are trying to access the website to apply for or process their passports.
A statement issued by the Ministry said its technical team was working with the National Signals Bureau to restore the platform as quickly as possible.
“The Ministry sincerely apologised for the inconvenience this issue has caused,” it said.
It noted that an official update would be issued as soon as the website becomes operational again.
