OTEC FM visits Kesben House to commiserate with bereaved family


Management of OTEC FM on Monday, August 24, 2026, visited Kesben House to commiserate with the family following the death of a member of the family.

The delegation was led by the General Manager of OTEC FM, Mr Michael Amoah, and included the Head of Programmes, Mr Isaac Osei Akoto; News Editor, Mr John Antwi Boasiako; Accountant, Mr Joseph Solomon Boakye; Head of Human Resources, Ms Kate Fremah; and Mr Bright Atuahene Boateng.

Speaking during the signing of the book of condolence, the Head of Programmes of OTEC FM, Mr Isaac Osei Akoto, assured the bereaved family of the station’s continued support during the difficult period.

“OTEC FM stands with the family in this difficult moment. We will continue to support and stand by the bereaved family in whatever way we can,” he said.

Receiving the delegation, Nana Nsiah Asiedu, brother of the widower, expressed appreciation to the management of OTEC FM for the gesture.

He announced that the family has scheduled the one-week observation for Thursday, September 17, 2026, at Ridge Park near the Officers’ Mess.

Nana Nsiah Asiedu appealed to friends, sympathisers and well-wishers to support the family in organising a befitting one-week observation in honour of their departed hero.

“We have scheduled the one-week observation for September 17 at Ridge Park near the Officers’ Mess. We appeal to everyone, including friends and sympathisers, to support us in giving our departed hero a befitting observation,” he said.

The visit formed part of OTEC FM’s commitment to standing with families of colleagues, partners and members of the community during moments of bereavement.
