For how long will I publish articles to advise and warn Kennedy Agyapong against certain inappropriate conducts of his, but he won’t listen? Does he get to read the publications at all? And if he does, do they sound silly in his ears?
He had better bear in mind that “obstinacy is the cause of the horns of the hornbill” and the priest that wishes doom on his town equally suffers the consequences of it like anyone else in the town should it happen.
I keep hearing people say that Kennedy says he will continue to cause trouble for the NPP to mess them up. If he does as threatened and the NPP fails to win power, will it enhance his own chances of becoming elected president of Ghana? I hope not. It will rather boost the chances of the NDC to continue to stay in power. If this does happen, what credit does Kennedy get, if not the accolade of saboteur?
He must bear in mind that “the fly that does not have anyone to advise it follows the corpse into the grave”. If he is so intransigent to delve deeper into what he knows and does best, thus, always threatening to reveal the hidden secrets of NPP, if any, on intent to harm them, what will he gain in the end, if not him tagged by discerning Ghanaians as a blackmailer and a saboteur?
Those goading Kennedy to form his political party, to continue to sabotage NPP to ensure NPP does not come to power are indeed his enemies but not friends. They are not politically savvy or else, they will know that they are doing Kennedy more harm than good.
The current blowing political wind in the country does not favour him or any other person forming a new political party that can eject NDC from power. It is only the NPP that can do it, given the right support and the needed unity.
All those that had previously tried to cause the defeat and downfall of NPP through evil machinations did fail.
The rush split by Alan Kwadwo Kyeremateng from NPP to form his independent political party, “The Butterfly”, led him only into the abyss of disgraceful defeat.
Cease the unnecessary pouring of insults on your rivals in NPP. The insults will not add votes to your competitive chance of winning the election but rather subtract votes from you.
What else can I tell you, o Kennedy Agyapong, for you to believe in the strength of my sincere advice to you?
Go back into NPP as a prodigal member and by that, your presidential star will shine but not dimmed or quenched.
Despite that, the leaders of NPP must ensure their written internal policies and constitution stay intact but not changed midway through campaigns to be seen to favour certain people. This despicable attitude of the leadership of the NPP is what causes problems for them to weaken the party.
Mr Boakye Agyapong once quit his participation in a second round NPP flag bearer primaries, accusing the leaders of having altered the constitution to favour a particular person if I am not mistaken.
Why can’t the NPP learn from their mistakes but get stubbornly mired in such unhelpful ways and seeming evil devices?
The advice going to Kennedy equally goes to the entire leaders and members of the NPP, including the writer of this publication, the proud and fearless son of Kumawu/Asiampa soil.
