Generous Scholarship Opportunities for Talented African Students and Youths, in Lieu of Reparations - Part 8

Another highlight that is unimpeachably emphasized by the authors of the CARICOM Reparations Commission (CRC) 10-Point Proposal that clearly and unarguably places the bulk of the onus of the massive and the perennial merchandising and the morally inexcusable chattel enslavement of Indigenous Continental Africans for approximately a half-millennium by Western Europeans and their relatives and ancestors of present-day White Americans of the United States of America, has to do with the extensively documented creation of “the legal, financial and fiscal policies necessary for the enslavement of Africans” (See Google: CARICOM TEN-POINT PLAN FOR REPARATORY JUSTICE).

In other words, it is the forensically impeccable contention of the leadership of the Afro-Caribbean Community and the assigns and representatives who authored the aforereferenced TEN-POINT POST-SLAVERY REPARATORY JUSTICE PROPOSAL, the Transatlantic Trade in African Humanity was unquestionably akin to a systematically premeditated genocidal ambush of Africans, in particular present-day West Africans for a Half-Thousand Years. It therefore clearly and indubitably appears that rather than this most heinous act of unfathomable depravity being a coequal transactional act of mutuality of utility, as has often been cavalierly and shamelessly and unconscionably claimed by some European and American, as well as even some grossly misguided African and African American scholars and historians, the Transatlantic Slave Trade was a barbaric, unspeakably primitive and morally and economically uncivilized enterprise that was almost exclusively and unilaterally conducted by Europeans and their relatives recently, contemporaneously, emigrated to the Americas as New World Settlers, as they were called and/or called themselves in those days.

Now, what the foregoing significantly means is that there needs to be a completely new way of thinking vis-a-vis the reality of the Half-Millennium of coldly calculated, systematic aggression and the near-total destruction of Continental African Humanity, Cultures and Civilizations by the very European and White-Supremacist politicians, scholars and intellectuals who, today, routinely thumb their nostrils at African People and sardonically demand that we prove our coequal humanity and worth to these pathological destroyers of African Civilizations and Peoples to the rest of the Global Community of Humans, knowing fully well that the bulk of whatever socioeconomic, technological and cultural amenities and material advances Global Africans may either apparently or objectively seem to be lacking are, for the most part, due squarely and unarguably to the poisonous fruits of FIVE-HUNDRED YEARS of the reckless and the relentless assault on Continental Africans by the Europeans.

Which is also why the recent adoption of the landmark Presentation Delaring the Transatlantic Slave Trade as “The Gravest Crime Against Humanity” cannot be envisaged to be a subjective act of selective and/or a voluntary act of discretion or freewill, as was widely reported to have been envisaged by the White-Supremacist and the Genocidally Zionist and Pathologically Racist Leaders and Governments of the United States of America, the singularly most culpable culprits and maximum beneficiaries of the Transatlantic Merchandising of African Humanity and, absolutely not surprisingly the Likud-led lockstep partner of the erstwhile Apartheid Regime of the Pre-Mandela South Africa. And, of course, the South American Kangaroo-State of Argentina whose widely alleged MAGA type of Anti-African and Ultra-Fascist regime of President Javier Milei (Does the latter surname of “Milieu” have any mnemonic resonance with the former family name name of Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin “Mileikowsy” Netanyahu?), recently reported to have been parceled or gifted a humongous “plutocratic” economic development-assistance grant in the neighborhood of some $20 Billion (USD), even as millions of hardworking and law-abiding bona fide American Citizens were callously and deliberately left without adequate healthcare insurance and adequately nutritious food resources, and have had to heavily rely on privately sponsored Food Banks and Pantries by Charitable Organizations.

In other words, there presently exists right here within the MAGA-”Rapepublican” controlled and dominated United States of America a much bigger existential problem and menace than that which, we have been cynically and capriciously informed by President Donald John “Benjamin Netanyahu Finish The Job On The Gaza Strip” Trump, supposedly exists between the United States and the Islamic Revolutionary Republic of Iran, an unignorable existential and mortal threat that reaches far deeper beyond the purely discretionary and the inalienable sovereign right of whether Tehran decides to acquire Nuclear Weapons Capability or otherwise, in the face of its almost wholly unprovoked recent apocalyptic assault, gangster-fashion, by the United States and the Prime Minister Benjamin “Mileikowsky” Netanyahu’s Zionist State of Israel, an existentially prohibitive act of unspeakable human depravity that makes it religious imperative and practically inevitable to acquire the Nuke as fast and strategically expeditiously as possible, if this Great and Revered Ancient Civilization, formerly known as Persia, is to escape the globally sworn promise by Messrs. Trump and Netanyahu to completely reduce the infrastructural amenities and resources of such Iranian Holy Cities and Sites as Mashhad, Qom, Shiraz and Rey or Ray.

In other words, with the virulently fascist and Democracy-Nullifying MAGA Apostolate, our global community of humans may be irrefutably dealing with Historically Implacable Barbarians whose most Therapeutic Language of Choice is “Fighting Fire With Fire.” And this, precisely and brilliantly is what the Great Thinkers of the Afro-Caribbean Community of Nations who put the CARICOM Reparatory Justice Program (CRPJ) together had in mind. Not exactly to “Fight Fire With Fire,” for the morally decidedly gratuitous sake of sheer pyromania, for we are darn too politically and strategically savvy, albeit direly vulnerable, as a people this day and age, even as the immortalized Great Kenyan Scholar, Literary Artist and Political Scientist, Professor Ali A. Mazrui, once admonished some Young African American Turks and would-be Radical Revolutionaries at an academic conference in Boston, Massachusetts, in the early 1990s. Put in plain and simple English: We are confronted with a dauntingly uphill task and battle the requires a lot of patience, scrutiny and discretion.
