How to Utilize Two to Hundred Billion Dollars for Unprecedented World Peace and Security?

Make a great wish and let the great Lord realize it, hopefully sooner than you expect, and better than you can imagine in rewarding. Jarga, what is your wish? To defeat every devil (every liar and cruel one) on earth, live and establish a paradise on earth and beyond. I am confident that God exists and technology is among the tools God has allowed to help humans fight the wrongdoing folks. I believe God is helping, but I want him to help much more. The minimum of two Billion dollars is something even poor Africa can come up with, by governments or even the top richest one hundred Africans. The stated ideal amount of hundred Billion dollars is a fraction of what the u.s wants to use to destroy Iran in the name of security; a fraction of what Saudi Arabia and others pay to the u.s for security or AI+; a fraction of what Iran wants to impose against the world, but will they share with the world for the peace they yearn? My point is the stated amounts are not too much, but can I sell the strategy and will the true Lord of truth and kindness help realize it in 2026 or by when? The strategies revolve around leaps and super leaps in the world of worldwide culture of cameras.

Targets and Where we are: Presently, the average body camera of around 32GB is fairly affordable to over 25% of the world's population, but perhaps less than 10% of the world owns body cameras. Can we boost the quality of average body cameras to have internal storage of at least 2TB (two terabytes) and reduce the cost so that the average poor farmers in poor places in Africa can afford and own multiple body cameras in 2026? Meaning , I want 75% to 100% of the population to own body cameras of high quality, including smart glasses with cameras, smart shoes with cameras, smart belts with cameras, etc. I have started with storage boost and pricing, because the two are the most feasible leaps we can make. However, we must work on battery and lens leaps, and super leaps too.

I do not want to spend too much time detailing how a strong worldwide culture of cameras can help in character uplifting, health boosting, and wealth uplifting and protections... I have other articles that touched on such, but I may be obligated to briefly explain to my new readers with low thinking abilities. Cameras should not be only for the elite as many Capitalists think. Communist or Socialist leaning China are helping on affordability, but we the Lovists want to push all of them towards mass access . The poor African girl does not have to walk in fear of poor 'Epstein', bad tourists, unlectured locals+, etc ; the hard working farmer can monitor the farms from criminals and even destructive animals in much better ways to reduce food cost and boost productivity.

How to achieve the Targets: I have already hinted technology boosting will help. So let us say an NGO and business called 'pro-truth' is realized and ready to enter every country. Where the NGO rules are burdensome, we operate as a business. By buying a few companies that make tiny external storage devices in the terabytes, we can help small, medium, and big body camera companies enter the internal single digit terabyte world, and move the external storage capacity to about hundred terabytes while maintaining the physical small size. So this aspect is achievable within a month, provided we get funding, see it as an emergency like covid or the terrible wars we can prevent and/or prosecute through a stronger culture of cameras. Meaning those who profit from wars may see it as a bad idea, and they will likely try to scare the public with lies like 'state surveillance' and others. As long as more civilians own cameras than the state, and the best of us are ready to stand against the questionable states, we will win. I am confident that a strong culture of cameras is inevitable, but speeding it up and ascertaining it enters in the best possible way is our mighty task.

In regards to boosting potential leaps and super leaps on batteries and lenses, we must pump about 10 to 25% of our raised funds towards R&D, including smart achievements oriented awards. A million dollar challenge can get smart individuals and small companies to work harder, but one billion dollar awards can get governments and big companies to research much harder. So imagine President Trump, Xi, or xyz announcing a one billion dollar award for an impressive battery leap or super leap within a year, plus sharing basic battery knowledge towards improvement. A researcher in the Gambia, Mexico, Iran, or Nigeria may surprise us with achievements. Well, what is a leap in my book? When a present battery size of 8 hours service can transform or last for 8 weeks is a leap; eight years is a super leap. Some of you may accuse me of being utopian or too optimistic, but it is possible with God and we can still reward differently with more modest achievements. I am highly interested in nuclear powered batteries, but the research should be open to any type of battery or storage system, including capacitors or hybrids. The sun is said to be nuclear and very safe, arguably the safest for humans. So knowledge can help us with safe nuclear powered batteries with near zero dangers of explosions. God may reveal something else, especially if humans proceed with things like Researchers Access Store (RAS), search for it for details.

In regards to lenses, we are fairly fine, but we will welcome more research and development. I will suggest similar buying or partnering with the top lens manufacturers and making them accessible to body camera manufacturers.

By using AI or 3D to xyz printing, we must be willing to print billions of basic camera parts to help incorporate body cameras into different wearable products. Some backpack manufacturers may not be interested now, but we can offer them options and add only a dollar or two to the cost. Similarly are shoes, belt manufacturers, watches, etc. Our task is to give camera added options to the consumers with near zero added cost. I eventually want every country to have the basic manufacturing of camera parts and help the local shoe maker or xyz offer shoe cameras, belt cameras, etc. Yes, we can start with hookables from mass productions, but local production may help in erasing fears and diversifying availability.

We do not have to go into too much detail with the technological feasibility to avoid confusing some readers, but be rest assured that I know what I am saying.

Funding: I have hinted how many countries are over spending on weapons, vaccines, AI, Space, etc. I am not saying such are useless, but if we divert about 10% of such budgets towards cameras, we can achieve much more for humankind. Well, governments are hard to convince to do good. However, if we can convince China, Iran, or Russia helping our pro-truth NGO towards realization means the u.s may not invade or lie against them, then how many Americans may trust us? We are not anti America or any country, we plan to be worldwide. I will be happy to help the American girl deter child molesters, but also the Iranian and Gambian or Nigerian girl or boy. Can we force the Epstein class to contribute billions to such and help millions or billions of girls+ deter would-be predators? Although I think such NGO should have a brand, I want at least ten manufacturers in our stores and working with countless manufacturers around the world, including u.s manufacturers. Can the EU or AU work towards such?

Beside Governments, I think social media companies like Meta, X, and others will greatly benefit from a strong culture of cameras. As capitalists, Meta already sold to the rich for years, but can it donate or invest billions with us for the poor? Information may have to reach them as pressure.

Also rich philanthropists like Bill Gates can certainly repent from the Epstein class by sending us billions to rescue girls+, or potential victims in the millions. How about the ex-wife and other female billionaires? Some claim to be anti-bullying and other ills, but are they blind on how cameras may help on such? I am of the opinion that God may offer heaven to those who help the poor taste a sense of security, beyond food security. So are there any good rich Arabs or xyz ready to offer billions for realization? Do it now, not on your deadbed or as your will.

Although I have used the term body cameras in general, I support worldwide culture of cameras. Meaning house or vehicle cameras are also vital. However, the improvement in body cameras and human needs mean wearable cameras can be great substitutes as vehicle, farm, and home cameras. Even 360 degree wearable cameras will help and will come. Fifty to seventy five percent of house or vehicle bulbs can be like upcoming body cameras. You do not have to connect every camera to the Internet.

Small Audio Only Recorders: Non-traceable small audio recorders must be researched on and used against governments+ where need be. I do not buy that the government should have the right to hide lies or cruelties . I know such are controversial and our NGO may have to ignore it as a compromise, in the beginning. However, if our spirit of anti lying and anti cruelty is sincere, then we cannot spare even the government if we want God's highest rewards. Remember these audio recorders should preferably have decades lasting batteries, motion or audio trigger recording, etc.

Highest quality boosting, availability in even poorest countries, and affordability to even poor teenagers are the three targets our NGO and you should pray for, including action oriented prayers like donations, investments, research, sharing, etc.

Government Splitting Fines and special merit based Lottery/Raffle : We cannot force governments, but we can suggest updating laws on sins between creatures. We are not interested in citizens reporting others on cannabis usage or any so-called self harm, but we must oppose sins between creatures with effort. So certain crimes deserve mass policing and rewarding. By offering 15 to 25% of fines to those who help with camera evidence will encourage people to buy cameras and participate in co-policing. About 5% of such fines can be accumulated towards the annual lottery with great minimums like a million dollars for even small Gambia. Imagine helping catch a real criminal, get $25 to $1000+ through fines, potentially get a million dollar lottery win, and whatever the kind Lord may give on earth and/or life after death. If the government is unwilling to do it, our NGO or the chamber of commerce in your respective countries can certainly try such efforts, especially in the first few years.

Selecting Few Countries as Verifiable Examples: Yes, we prefer worldwide, but suppose our funding falls short, I think choosing about three countries per continent as verifiable examples will greatly help. From average crime rate to peaceful elections, we can pressure the skeptics that a strong culture of cameras is a blessing.

Cameras versus Covid Vaccines: Although the Gambians do accept many vaccines, less than ten percent likely took the covid vaccine. I am yet to hear reports on how many millions they wasted on covid vaccine in the Gambia and every African country. Are those millions against the Gambia or what kind of a deal was made that made money some companies and individuals richer for no service. They even paid cultural icons like musicians in the Gambia to promote the vaccine that the people reject. My point is people will likely accept cameras more than vaccines. They sacrificed to make vaccine free, but can they sacrifice to make cameras affordable in smarter than traditional subsidies. So we need global collaboration on cameras. Although not like the u.s and Saudi, even poor Gambia do spend on deadly weapons as security. Our age demands our governments divert part of that money, seek funding abroad, seek our richest folks, etc to help every willing citizen own quality cameras, with or without international collaboration. It will uplift our character, including less negligence against our health and disease outbreak; it may boost our tourism, security, and other wealth related gains. The blessings of cameras is not for the mentally blind to see even ten percent of it, especially in the world of deterrence. Can I shake the minds and hands of President Xi Jinping, which billionaires or great willing and able folks for realization? How little is two to hundred billions if it can deter and/or solve billions of crimes? If devils are willing to spend trillions or hundreds of billions on weapons, then where are the so-called good folks to spend billions on truth revealing cameras for world peace? Sometimes I wonder if there are good folks within governments or the rich, or are they blind , or yet to reach me? Remember, enough cameras can stop or reduce police brutality in Florida, but also avert wars on small countries or between big countries.

Let God facilitate it by partnering us with the willing and able, but you can at least share and pray. Ideas matter, even good wishes matter. This includes feasible strategies. If ten companies are presently researching on the mentioned, imagine hundred companies with more money at hand. Let every country get the message through good ambassadors, and every country get at least a marvelous camera store, preferably camera manufacturing/printing venues...
