An Urgent Appeal for Inclusion: Harnessing a Seasoned Asset for Ghana’s Reset Agenda
Your Excellency John Dramani Mahama,
I write as a concerned youth of the North East Region to respectfully draw your attention to a growing sentiment that weighs heavily on the minds of many constituents: the notable absence of Honourable Abuba Abdallah in your current administration.
Hon. Abuba Abdallah is widely recognized as a seasoned and dedicated comrade, whose political acumen and commitment to the people of the North East Region are undeniable. It was, after all, under your own esteemed mentorship that he first emerged onto the political scene. During your previous administration, though brief, his potential and value were clearly acknowledged.
Today, his exclusion is perceived not merely as an oversight, but as a significant loss—both to the region and to the national “Reset Agenda.” His proven experience and deep understanding of grassroots dynamics make him an invaluable asset, one whose continued sidelining has sparked unease and concern among the youth and broader electorate of the North East.
We therefore urge your office to reconsider and integrate Hon. Abuba Abdallah into a crucial role within your government. This is not a call for mere appointment, but a passionate appeal to strategically harness his expertise for the tangible benefit of Ghana’s development and unity.
We believe that utilizing his capabilities would not only strengthen your administration’s reach and impact but also reaffirm your commitment to inclusive governance and regional equity.
Thank you, Mr President, for your time!
Respectfully, I submit Your Excellency!
Yentik Gariba
