Dear critical reader, the question to ponder over is: why does Ghana not use cutting-edge construction technologies to resolve Its Housing Crisis? We can make slums a thing of the past, as a bonus on top, too, could we not?

Ghanafuor, wouldn't it be wise for the government of Ghana to utilise revolutionary building technologies to enable the private sector to build new, planned, climate-resilient green communities nationwide, providing family homes for all Ghanaian families that currently can't afford them?

Would 100-year interest-free loans deposited into digital accounts at the Bank of Ghana (BoG) not enable such families to own homes too, I ask, dear critical reader?

Finally, food for thought: If fair compensation is put at the heart of a land reform revolution, which nationalises all Stool lands for the creation of new planned climate-resilient green communities across the entire landmass of our Republic, would that not lift tens of millions out of extreme poverty and make them thrive too in an equitable African society anchored on the rule of law?
