A delegation from the Mawuli Estate Community has paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Stephen Adom, the newly appointed Ho Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), to congratulate him on his appointment and express their support for his leadership.

The delegation, led by T/Dr. Jacob Fenteng, CEO of Sanitized Communities Konnect (SANCOK) and Coordinator of the Mawuli Estate Community, used the opportunity to foster stronger collaboration between the community and the Municipal Assembly.

During the meeting, Chairman Seth Adoboe of the Mawuli Estate Community emphasized the importance of a strong partnership between the MCE’s office and the community to drive local development. He highlighted pressing issues affecting residents, including access to clean water, security concerns, and challenges related to rent on state housing grounds.

Hon. Stephen Adom expressed gratitude for the visit and welcomed the show of solidarity from the community. He assured the delegation of his commitment to addressing their concerns and working closely with the community to implement impactful development initiatives.

“I appreciate your visit and the issues raised. I look forward to partnering with you to find lasting solutions and uplift the community,” the MCE said.

The delegation included notable figures such as Mr. Bright Letsu, Youth Organizer of the community, whose presence demonstrated a united front and strong communal interest in supporting the MCE’s vision.

Both parties agreed to collaborate actively to improve living conditions, enhance infrastructure, and promote economic development in Mawuli Estate. The community leaders expressed optimism about the direction of Hon. Adom’s leadership and reaffirmed their readiness to contribute toward shared goals.

The visit marks a positive step toward building a productive and enduring relationship between the Mawuli Estate Community and the Ho Municipal Assembly. Both sides are confident that through collaboration, they can tackle current challenges and create meaningful progress for the residents of the area.
