The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Chapter in Germany has inaugurated a new branch in Saarbrücken, marking the first diaspora branch to be launched in 2025.
This milestone reinforces the party’s commitment to expanding its reach and deepening engagement within the community.
The inauguration ceremony, held on February 22 in Saarbrücken, brought together party leaders, members, supporters, and distinguished guests. The new branch will serve as a center for community initiatives, grassroots mobilization, and policy discussions aimed at advancing the party’s mission in Saarland.
Speaking at the event, Chapter Chairman Comrade Daniel Dake expressed gratitude to all who contributed to making the inauguration possible.
He was joined by Women’s Organizer Comrade Grace Torks, Financial Secretary Comrade John Acquah, and Chapter Executive Member Comrade Light Aboetaka, who all emphasized the importance of fostering political participation and dialogue within the diaspora.
"We extend our gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this milestone a reality. Together, we will continue to build a stronger, more connected NDC party base," Daniel Dake stated.
With this expansion, the NDC Germany Chapter reaffirms its dedication to serving the people and strengthening its grassroots presence beyond Ghana’s borders.
