Kumasi, Ghana - RWA Company Limited, limited liability company in the agribusiness sector, has secured funding from the Ghana Skills Development Fund (GSDF) to support its "Export Readiness Moringa Processing with People with Disabilities" project. The grant will enable the company to enhance its moringa processing capabilities by procuring a moringa tablet pressing machine and a solar dryer, while also facilitating comprehensive training programs for its workforce, the majority of whom are persons with disabilities (PWDs).
The project aims to empower PWDs and female small-scale moringa processors by equipping them with modern processing techniques and innovative technologies for moringa value addition.
