Thanksgiving Service held for late Agnes Afi Kutu-Agbemabiese

A Memorial Thanksgiving Service was held for the late Madam Afi Kutu-Agbemaiese at the Methodist Church in Hamburg, Germany, on the weekend of November 24, 2024.

The late Agnes Afi passed away in Ghana, where all funeral rites were conducted in the Volta Region. However, her daughter in Hamburg, Madam Josephine Torgbui (also known as Torgbui’s wife), a devoted member of the Methodist Church and an esteemed member of the Hamburg Ewe Union, felt it was important to gather with her family and loved ones at the house of God for a Thanksgiving service.

The service was brief but well-organized, attended by friends, close family members, members of the Hamburg Ewe Union, and the church congregation.
