Election 2024: NPP's achievements in education make them best option - Dr. Adutwum

The Minister of Education, Dr. Osei Yaw Adutwum, has presented a compelling argument for Ghanaians to support the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the 2024 elections, citing transformative achievements in the education sector under the party’s leadership.

Speaking on Kumasi-based OTEC 102.9 FM's afternoon political show 'Dwabrem' on Thursday, November 21, 2024, Dr. Adutwum highlighted the NPP's success in addressing challenges that had persisted for over 60 years, particularly in educational infrastructure development.

“The NPP has accomplished what previous governments could not. We’ve not only expanded infrastructure but also transformed education to meet modern standards,” Dr. Adutwum said during the interview with host Dr. Cash.

The Minister praised the party’s flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, for his exceptional leadership as Vice President over the past eight years. He described Dr. Bawumia as the most capable candidate to lead Ghana toward accelerated development.

“Dr. Bawumia stands tall among his competitors. His vision and competence make him the best choice for Ghana’s future,” Dr. Adutwum emphasized.

The Minister’s endorsement reflects the NPP’s broader strategy to highlight its achievements and rally support for Dr. Bawumia’s presidential bid. As the 2024 polls draw closer, the party is intensifying efforts to showcase its record and reinforce its commitment to national progress.
