Trasacco Properties, Micheletti & Co begin construction on Akaya: Exclusive Residences in a Master Planned Estate

Trasacco Properties Ltd and Micheletti & Co. Ltd have entered into a construction agreement to begin the first phase of Akaya by Trasacco, an exclusive, master-planned estate in Pantang that aims to redefine urban living in Ghana.

This landmark project, starting with Phase 1, will focus on building 74 homes, setting a new benchmark for modern housing.
