Americans and the world eagerly await the first debate between convicted felon, sex abuser, racist and hater, insurrectionist, and fiscal fraudster, the former President Donald Trump versus Vice president Kamala Harris today 10/11.

It is sad that American institutions and Department of Justice has failed to cite LEGAL ARGUMENTS to stop a convicted criminal from running for the highest office in the land.

If Trump's opponent had the slightest blemish, he would have turned the world upside down, to stop her from being on the ballot. We recall how the birther movement struggled to stop President Barrack Obama from contesting in an election. Trump has been attacking Kamala Harris for identifying with her two ethnicities, being Indian, at one time, and being African at another.

The American Constitution, in its Article 3, clearly bars anyone who was involved in an insurrection against America from standing for a high office. Trump's attack on the Capitol on 6 January 2020, to upturn the presidential election results was insurrection. American symbols were attacked and law enforcement was challenged by a sitting president.

Trump is the only outgoing President in American history who refuses to concede defeat and recognize the winner of an election. He did everything to get his supporters to overturn the results of the election.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State, causes an insurrection.

Trump is convicted of countless crimes in America. Allowing him to debate Vice president Kamala Harris tarnishes the image of American justice system. It gives the impression that there is a separate code of laws that apply to different races.

Trump is already promising to prosecute his opponents for corrupt acts. Such a person with a dead conscience of equity cannot pretend to use justice against corruption. The lay jurist say you go to equity with clean hands.

Trump's hands are very dirty.
