The owner of Star of the Sea School in Obuasi, Robert Asmah, has pledged to provide high-quality education that empowers students to reach their full potential.
Speaking at a grand ceremony to officially open the school, a representative of Robert Asmah, Joseph Dartey, emphasized that the school is committed to living by the theme of the event, "Empowering Futures Through Quality Education."
He noted that this vision would be realized through the dedication of skilled teachers and the robust infrastructure established to support the new basic school.
Located in Kwabenakwa within the Obuasi East district, the school boasts state-of-the-art information and communication technology resources, ensuring that students are equipped with the tools necessary for 21st-century learning.
Furthermore, all classrooms are air-conditioned, providing a comfortable learning environment that enhances academic success. The school has also prioritized hygiene and comfort, offering clean and accessible washroom facilities for both students and staff.
In addition, each classroom is fitted with a television, integrating visual content into lessons to enrich the learning experience.

Reverend Collins Marfo of the Obuasi Catholic Church, who attended the ceremony, highlighted the vital role that education plays in the development of individuals and society as a whole. He encouraged the newly admitted pupils, ranging in age from 6 months to 6 years, and their parents to embrace this new chapter with enthusiasm and dedication.

The CEO of Love K Ventures, Love Konadu, who served as the guest of honor, expressed her satisfaction with the school's facilities, noting that they were conducive to effective teaching and learning.
