Multiple Brain Integration Techniques, commonly known as mBIT, harness the power of the multiple brains within the human body—the head, heart, and gut brains—to facilitate holistic decision-making, emotional intelligence, and overall well-being. This technique has gained global recognition for its profound impact on personal and professional growth. Scofray's certification came after successfully completing a training program in France on Sunday, July 21, 2024.
This newly certified mBIT trainer from Ghana brings a unique perspective to the field, combining a deep understanding of African cultural nuances with the advanced methodologies of mBIT. This achievement not only highlights Scofray's dedication and expertise but also underscores the potential for growth and development in the African coaching and personal development industry.
In a brief statement, Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah expressed his excitement and commitment to bringing the benefits of mBIT to a broader audience across Africa. "Becoming the first Black professional mBIT trainer in Africa is a tremendous honor. I am passionate about empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and lead fulfilling lives. This historic milestone is not just a personal triumph but a collective step towards a brighter future for personal development and coaching in Africa. mBIT offers a transformative approach that can help people achieve greater harmony and success in their personal and professional lives," he said.
He added, "This achievement is a testament to the possibilities that arise when innovation meets dedication. I am motivated to keep pushing the limits, to innovate, and to make a positive impact in our field. With this achievement, I am reminded of the responsibility and professionalism it carries. It is a reminder to continue striving for excellence, to remain committed to my goals, and to inspire others along the way. This is my quest."
The certification of the first Black professional mBIT trainer in Africa is expected to inspire more individuals within the continent to explore and embrace this powerful technique. As the demand for personal development and coaching continues to grow, the introduction of mBIT in Africa represents a significant step forward in enhancing the well-being and potential of individuals across the region.

There are various niches of coaching, such as business, health & wellness, financial, career, executive, leadership, teams, and spiritual coaching, all contributing to the effective growth of the human capital development ecosystem. Research across many disciplines has revealed how coaching has impacted great minds such as Oprah Winfrey, David Pottruck of Charles Schwab & Co., Steve Jobs of Apple, the late Nelson Mandela, Meg Whitman of eBay, Serena Williams, Bill Gates of Microsoft, and Henry McKinnell of Pfizer.
This niche in the human capital development ecosystem has been instrumental in producing excellent results in developed nations worldwide.
