You would always hear ndc propagandists, with scornful indignity, malicious intent, and probably crass ignorance, claiming NAPO is a 'doctor of teeth' (dentist). It is for this reason that, today, I have decided to liberate such ignoramuses out of their pitiful pitlaterine of illiteracy.
Dr. Prempeh obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Human Biology in 1992 and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MB, ChB) degree in 1995 from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
Afterwards, he served as a House Officer at the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital from 1995 until 1997. He continued his education at the Erasmus University in The Netherlands and obtained an M.Sc in Clinical Epidemiology in 1998.
He proceeded to the United Kingdom to work as a Medical Practitioner and became a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons in Glasgow in 2002.
From the profile, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh holds Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, and Masters in Clinical Epidemiology. Medicine and Surgery are general practices in healthcare.
Epidemiologists are public health workers who investigate patterns and causes of disease and injury. They seek to reduce the risk and occurrence of negative health outcomes through research, community education and health policy.
On the other hand, a dentist is person who is qualified to treat diseases and other conditions that affect the teeth and gums, especially the repair and extraction of teeth and the insertion of artificial ones.
Becoming a dentist requires earning a doctor of dental surgery, a doctor of medicine in dentistry, or a doctor of dental medicine from an accredited program. The entire process includes earning a bachelor's degree in a subject such as biology with a pre-dental program.
Effectively, medical doctor of medicine, surgery and epidemiology, is completely different from a dentist, by way of scope of training and professional responsibilities.
But you hear ndc FOOL-soldiers, top party officials and ignorant prepaid regime-change journalistic charlatans, including Johnny Beresford Hughes, who repeated such buffoonery on TV3 Ghana 3FM 92.7 this morning, always describe NAPO as 'teeth doctor' (dentist), with intent to denigrating his professional qualifications.
And what indeed makes the whole scenario so ironic is: all these people describing NAPO as 'teeth doctor', have their very teeth completely rotten with decrepit oral hygiene and chronic halitosis.

All that you said and the insult it doesn't mean he is not balderdash.
