Love has the power to captivate so many things, but in our society, it has morphed into apathy towards hate and turned profound hurt into murder. Where did the forgiving act neglect to linger in love?

As we all know, the media is a click art of captivating tales. These tales may be overtly jealous, but there isn’t enough information to tell at this point. Allowing families to recover from a trauma they might never forget while keeping them in shock.

The illusions about how lovely love is are slowly fading, and some women live in perpetual terror of what their spouses will do when there are disagreements. It’s astonishing how some people defend the cruel act of killing individuals.

In a span of 3 weeks, we’ve heard about 3 murder cases.

According to information gathered by Gossip 24 TV, Nana Adwoa, a 26-year-old woman from Adum-Kumasi, was shot five times by her boyfriend, Ahmed Twumasi Darko, a police officer, over a purported case of owing the latter 5,000 cedis. Whether the truth was revealed or not, the exact circumstances surrounding the shooting are still unknown.

Another regrettable occurrence that occurred in Nungua was the slaying of a 24-year-old woman named Eunice Narh by her husband, Isaac Newton.

Another tragic occurrence included a 27-year-old guy named Dominic who is accused of killing his girlfriend, 23-year-old Victoria Tetteh, in the Upper Denkyira East Municipality’s Dunkwa Mfuom.

We have not yet learned the motivation behind Isaac Newton and Dominic’s killing of their partners.

But some close relatives have disclosed some reasons that could have led to their tragic end.

Many debates have been sparked by these issues since they have made young women afraid to get into committed relationships or even try marriage.

These incidents occurred within a three-week period. Are guys adopting this trend as well? Is violence the answer? What happened to communication and understanding between people?

These disputes are currently pending in court, and it is unknown whether or not they will be forgotten. Issues come and go; some linger for two days, others for two weeks, and the talk drifts onto other topics.

Will it be the same in these cases, or will justice be served? Let the court make the decision.
