Election Not Electric: Peace Inside The Tomb

Election Not Electric: Peace Inside The Tomb
10.11.2020 LISTEN

This article is to encourage the world, especially Ghana to always let peace lead in whatever activities we engage ourselves in. Countries that have turned violent due to elections to pursue peace instead; Election is not Electric, our respective countries are important than the powers we seek. What is even the power when it can't be exercised for which it was acquired? Peace first!

The silence over the night awakens my inner positivity. After a series of discerning, sidelining all violent thoughts via brain reshuffling, there is a positive light glowing in guidance and calming my interior posterity. Where could have been this peace I am enjoying currently had I resorted to violence? Yes, a second term is something bigger to thrive in fame only with a thrill of pretext. But would the true happiness have come to my heart, lingering love for my nation and not excluding my neighbours? I am speaking as though a nonpartisan. Of course, I am a citizen. I love every party. My taboo is, I don’t give chances to either of the parties to consume my calmed heart. In the last year’s election, I mobilized a crew. I was almost called the army governor who would hijack peace with overdue destruction, trampling happiness.

The only peace we could have was fire! My party was more than human life. So, my sleepless nights, hiding, and raging secret wars were ruled by the fact that if my party survives, I survive, too. Only to realise parties have survived for over two decades now but humans never survive. Always there is a form of unrest. If children don’t passover, mothers do. I now believe that parties are immortal whereas humans are not. They can continually survive but can’t create humans. Humans on the other hand create parties everyday and miss survival.

Why would I want to die when, if I survive, not only my party survives, the nation entirely survives, too? Mind you, we better look for full survival in our heartfelt felicitation for one another. See how smart and wise the termite kingdom is. Did you ever see a confrontation among them? Well, you may say how do you know this, too? However, the fact is that, theirs is to understand themselves in peace and if their hearts are at peace, they sit, and positively imagine which best decision possible to hold up to. They move peace out of the tomb! They are the ones who build towers out of peace, they gather food preparing against the drought out of peace. They would respect their leader based on how caring and willing this leader caters and fends for them. I have never felt the same as a strong party member, not to talk of the human race in general. Probably if I had advised a person to turn away and go home, lock himself inside and enjoy some sleep, I would have still felt it in my heart having reformed a life.

I am today letting out, do you know the true belief of whom you are fighting and killing yourselves for? He is called the politician! He has four eyes, two mouths, and only got a single ear. He sees what we can’t see, speaks mysteriously, and with only one ear, he never would give you that listening. For goodness, there are indeed good ones among their jungle but one monkey causes the insult of many. If you still don’t see light in my idea, let me draw your attention with these lines of words. Ghana had more than six elections in the fourth republic, right? That’s why deduction deduced that the current government is the fifth president. From then till today, did you think if the few positive mindsets in parliament could influence a change, they have not done it by now? They would have done it even before today comes. The majority are the negative mindsets, whose intentions are worst but to thrive in stolen wealth.

Trust me, we better allow the peace out of the tomb. That’s true success. We the vote casters can lure positive change whether or not our parties lose or win. It all lies in our collectivism. For oppositions who blow their sweet voices into the air claiming an urge for a better change is not real. The incumbent is not excluded. If it is real, why shove uncompleted projects anytime either of them harvests the seat. They play it skipping, jumping over, and landing in between the tiny rolling rope. Those ladies who are abounded by this game called skipping would understand me better.

What do you make out of this, it means they are ever not ready for a change. We the followers, are we not ready too for the change? Citizens can make strides to cause a change. Would you not ask, ‘how could it be’ with heartily emotions? It is quite bedeviling. But could you not help to sideline the two dominant parties and look for a new one? Only by doing it peacefully. Wondering! The other parties, how reliable could they be, also? Oops, we can’t bear to live without a ruler either? Still watching ourselves in the reflection of our thoughts, I think a single-mindset would work for us as people. But prayers could support…

Otherwise, God Has “not” Appointed Nkrumah Already. Ghana is greater than all political parties and we must let peace lead. Democracy not war, Ballots not Bollets. I always stand for the interest of everyone. If the politicians promised in their respective manifestos that they want to create jobs for the youth, they want to do this or that for the youth, why allow ourselves to be used as tools of destruction? Who will then benefit from all that they promised us? Let's be wise and brave.

We must stay alive to enjoy whatever they promised e us. Stay positive and be a Ghanaian!!!
