A group calling itself the Nana and Bawumia Free SHS Graduates Association (NBGA) has thrown its support behind the New Patriotic Party (NPP) ahead of the 2020 general election.
The Association decision follows a comparative educational analysis of both the previous and the sitting government, and have clearly seen the vast difference in terms of education and other sustainable developments.

According to Mike Ansu, the Chairman of the Association, it has been a remarkable year for the government and the good people of Ghana since the free SHS policy was introduced by the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).
In a phone interview with ModernGhana’s reporter Ismael Ofori Komfa, Mr. Ansu stated that Ghana is blessed with a promising President, Nana Akufo-Addo with incredible philosophies and ideas.
He added that, it has been the wish of every Ghanaian, from time immemorial, to be liberated and freed to have a good and quality education.
According to him, that dream has been answered by President Akufo-Addo led administration over what he described as the excellent implementation of Free SHS.

He appeals to Ghanaians to give President Akufo-Addo another term to continue the good works for the benefit of all.
"The Association has so far captured about 70% of both the 2020 BECE and WASSCE graduates with the use of our digital channels (Website and the Mobile Application.) and have also set up branches of the NBGA throughout the 275 constituencies," he stated.
