Arrest Kwabena Owusu Agyei (NDC) for Threatening to Kill the Electoral Commissioner Mrs Jean Mensah

For how long will the law enforcement agents in Ghana be reactive instead of proactive? Do they and the government not know that a stitch in time saves nine?

I was sent a Facebook video in which one Kwabena Owusu Agyei, was raving and ranting like a man gone crazy because his loved wife has been snatched away from him by another man. I have used the description to show the behaviour of Kwabena Owusu Agyei, a said NDC member, as it is in the video.

I blame the sluggishness of the Ghana judicial system when dealing with both criminal and civil lawsuits brought before them. If they had disciplined themselves and be more professional, eschewing corruption, to speedily fairly determine cases brought before the courts, I wouldn’t be here today writing this piece for publishing.

When did the case of NDC National Chairman Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, secretly coaching and encouraging NDC members to go on killing, kidnapping, insulting, and arson spree to make the nation insecure and ungovernable for Ghanaians and the government come before the courts? Is it not about a year ago? What is the outcome? Is it not still dragging in the courts?

If it were in any serious and civilized nation where their lawyers, judges and prosecutors are ethically going by the laws as are stipulated in their statute books, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, a murderer by his actions and words but cloaked in a deceiving lambskin as Elder at the Church of Pentecost, would be in jail by now. However, in Ghana where the criminal laws are seemingly made to punish only the poor and the needy, this bastard schemer Samuel Ofosu Ampofo is still walking a free person.

The failure to have dealt with Samuel Ofosu Ampofo has emboldened any Tom, Dick and Harry in the country, especially those uncivilized lots from the NDC camp, to go out on daily basis threatening the country with mayhem should the Electoral Commission carry out their mandated duty for compiling a new and credible voter register for Election 2020.

Why are the NDC vehemently against the compilation of a new voter register, if I may ask?

The more the government and the law enforcement agents fail to, or delay in dealing drastically speedily with the rogues in the country going about threatening the nation and the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Mrs Jean Mensah, the more the nation becomes insecure with many people rallying for the NDC to avoid dying should the NDC unleash their deadly venom on the country.

As I speak, the NDC are in the five northern regions inciting people to rally behind their cause, thus agitations, for stopping the EC from executing their mandated duties. I read this from the news on the internet. Why should the government and the law enforcement agents wait for things to get out of hand before they act?

I call for the arrest of all those gone out publicly to threaten the nation with all sorts of chaos for their stupid, selfish and greedy quests or interests.

What more evidence do you need to arrest that bushman, uncivilized educated-illiterate and political bigot called Kwabena Owusu Agyei, in the video? Are you waiting for him to kill before you arrest him? Can’t you charge him with threatening to kill, inciting the public to kill, publishing false information that Nana Akufo-Addo killed the late NPP MP J. B. Danquah for rituals to win election 2020, and for causing public fear and panic?

Oh my God, what is going on in my country Ghana? When did the NDC become a permanent head but not the tail? So they have the right to rule Ghana all the time? This nonsense must be gotten rid of!
