They must bow their heads in shame including President Nana Akufo Addo of Ghana, seriously speaking. That the coronavirus started in Wuhan in China, never got to Beijing, the capital city, but reached African shores safely is not only worrying but also undermines African leaders seriously.
For three months after its outbreak in Wuhan, China, our leaders failed to take many proactive preventive measures until the disease set in our shores devouring us like a Python on its prey! Why?
The way and manner African leaders behaved until the virus got to almost all African countries suggests that the disease would have a serious impact on us.
It would have a serious toll on us! It was not for nothing that WHO foretold that a lot of Ghanaians would get infected. If I remember quite clearly, it said, 50,000 likely to die. And that 3 million would be infected. Why did they wait until the disease set in African countries? Was that leadership?
We cannot justify our failures by the fact that even in developed countries like America, is having its share of the virus! If the disease had started in Africa, no African country would have been allowed to go to Europe or America, especially countries that had infections. We allowed chines and businessmen and women to still enter our shores freely. Now it has reached capital cities, and we have recklessly allowed it to get to the hinterlands.
This is unfortunate development on the part of our leadership! Conclusively, our leaders especially Chiefs, Imams and Pastors, in our various communities must take pragmatic practical measures in ensuring that the disease does not get into their communities. Family heads, parents and individuals must take responsibility in abiding by the best practices that must be observed in our daily lives or activities. Again, traditional leaders must sanction those who break protocols!
No one is safe!
No one is immuned to it!
We are all at risk!
God help those who help themes!
So let's help ourselves to fight coronavirus!

Let's be real here. This type of rhetoric is pure nonsense and self serving. Words are cheap and to castigate Akuffo Addo for anything is wrong. Don't paint all Leaders with one brush. I wished there is a magic wand to swipe Corona away. The reality is that we have to work together to solve the problem. Don't sit in your white castle and write garbage.
