I. SON OF MAN
A true Christian life requires daily purging. We must cleanse ourselves from the carnalities of this world and refrain from the rising tide of entertainment‑driven worship. We must stand before God with a pure heart, worshipping Him in spirit and in truth.
Beloved, Scripture warns us: “And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not. And there went out fire from the LORD and devoured them, and they died before the LORD.” — Leviticus 10:1–2
Be careful not to appear before God with strange offerings. Be careful not to worship with a strange voice. The Church is not losing power because the devil has grown stronger; the Church is losing power because the pulpit has been polluted with strange objects and human orchestrations. When the power of God is replaced with props, gimmicks, and theatrics, carnality has taken the throne.
Modernity is not carnality. Creativity is not carnality. But replacing the Word of God with objects and performances is pure carnality.
II. DAUGHTER OF ZION
Carnality is when the flesh takes the place of the Spirit—when the method replaces the message, when theatrics overshadow theology. Scripture declares: “To be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.” — Romans 8:6–7
Entertainment gospel is carnality. The church is not an entertainment arena for choreographic displays. Today, many are more eager to learn dance routines than memorize Scripture. They come to showcase new moves rather than worship God in spirit and in truth.
Entertainment gospel adherents often anchor their ministry on 2 Samuel 6:14—“And David danced before the LORD with all his might.” But soon, some will begin to uncover themselves in church as they “dance before the Lord.”
Yes, we must enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise (Psalm 100:4). But we must guard against immoderation and emerging strange entertainment practices that distort true worship.
III. CHILD OF GOD
Entertainment gospel adherents come to church to capture scenes for social media—not to worship the Lord. Paul forewarned Timothy of our times: “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine… And they shall turn away their ears from the truth and shall be turned unto fables.” — 2 Timothy 4:3–4
Nadab and Abihu were legitimate priests—sons of Aaron. They were anointed. But they offered strange fire, and God struck them down—not because they lacked calling, but because they were carnal in a holy place.
Yes, times have changed. We have microphones, lights, projectors, social media, and larger congregations. But God has not changed: “For I am the LORD; I change not.” — Malachi 3:6
Let us not confuse thanksgiving and praise with strange entertainment gospel. Dancing before the Lord is godly; dancing with immodesty is dangerous. Singing is divine duty; singing with a strange voice is perilous.
IV. BRETHREN IN THE LORD
Purge yourself from entertainment gospel adherents—they offer strange fire before God. Their doctrines are strange. Be careful.
The Bible remains our authority: “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God…” — 2 Timothy 3:16
The Bible is our sword: “And take… the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.” — Ephesians 6:17
When you drop the sword for entertainment, you become unarmed in spiritual warfare. Jesus Himself declared: “Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and Him only shalt thou serve.” — Matthew 4:10
God is calling us back. Do not celebrate drama—celebrate doctrine. Do not shout because of showmanship—shout because Christ is revealed through the Word.
This is a DIVINE NEW DAY PROPHETIC WORD delivered through God’s Vessel, Francis Ameyibor. The Church does not need more creative entertainers; the Church needs more consecrated preachers.
V. 2026 — OUR YEAR AND SEASON TO BE LIFTED UP
“So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.” — Romans 8:8
Let us throw away the strange fire and return to the old fire—the fire of the Holy Ghost that falls only where the Word is honoured.
PRAYER
Father, forgive us for importing strange entertainment gospel into the body of Christ. We repent of carnality. Purge Your church. Restore us to the Old Time Religion. Renew Your Spirit within us. Wash us in the blood of the Lamb. In Christ Jesus’ name, Amen.
