Oh! What A Wonderful Day!

I. MY DEAR SISTER, reflect on the day, for there are days you want to forget quickly, there are days that you will never forget, but there is a day that is tattooed on your spirit. A day you cannot forget even if you tried. For Jacob, it was the night he wrestled till his name was changed, for Moses, it was the day he encountered God at the burning bush, and for the woman with the issue of blood, it was the day she touched the hem of Jesus Christ’s garment. What is your day? There is definitely a day classified as a WONDERFUL DAY in every believer's life. It is THAT DAY your story changed. Well, someone may consider today as an ordinary, normal or just another day. But I have learned that what is ordinary to one man is extraordinary to another. What was just another day to Saul was the day David became king. Today may be ordinary to someone, but to someone else, TODAY is THAT wonderful day. Do you want to encounter that wonderful day? Luke 19:9 "And Jesus said unto him, 'This day is salvation come to this house... You shall encounter that wonderful day, for today, salvation shall come to you.

II. MY DEAR BROTHER, a wonderful day is not determined by the date on the calendar, but by what God DOES on that date. When God steps into your time, time stops being normal. Zachaeus climbed a tree on a normal day, but Jesus said, "I must abide at thy house." That normal day became his wonderful day. Luke 19:5. It is the day of Divine Intervention - The Day You Encounter The Miracles of God. There is a day we encounter the miracles of God. The day at the Pool of Bethesda was just another day for 37 years to that man, until Jesus showed up. John 5:8 says, "Rise, take up thy bed and walk." 38 years of waiting ended in one wonderful day. It is the day your name is rewritten. Mephibosheth lived in Lo-debar, forgotten, lame, hopeless. But one day David remembered him. 2 Samuel 9:7. Your wonderful day is the day mercy remembers you. You will never forget the day God remembered you.

III. SON OF MAN, God is a specialist in making ordinary days wonderful. For the woman with the issue of blood, it was the day her shame ended. Mark 5:34 - 12 years of pain ended in one touch. For Bartimaeus, it was the day his blindness ended. Mark 10:52 - He threw away his beggar's garment. He knew he would never need it again. For Peter, it was the day of a miraculous catch. Luke 5:6 - He toiled all night and caught nothing. One wonderful day changed his profession forever. Every one of them could say, "Oh what a wonderful day, a day I will never forget!" Your testimony is waiting for a date. Your wonderful day does not just happen. You position yourself for it. The crippled man at the Beautiful Gate expected to receive something. Acts 3:5. God will never do beyond your expectation. Many people miss their wonderful day because they came expecting nothing. Come expecting! Many believers enter churches and consider the services as another normal Sunday, or mid-week, or another watchnight. You must position yourself for that wonderful day to turn a normal day into an extraordinary day.

IV. DAUGHTER OF ZION, you must have desperation and faith that provokes action as you appear before God for that normal day to change to that wonderful day. Bartimaeus cried louder. The woman pressed through the crowd. Zachaeus climbed a tree. Your wonderful day responds to a desperate faith. Ordinary faith gets ordinary results. Desperate faith provokes a wonderful day. Israel missed their day of visitation because they did not know it. Luke 19:44. Many believers have become so familiar with church service, with routine programme outlines, and with life, that they miss that moment. That normal day could be your wonderful day; stop seeing things as normal. TODAY CAN BE YOUR WONDERFUL DAY. Today is the day which the LORD hath made, and this is that day appointed for the barren to conceive. "He maketh the barren woman to keep house and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the Lord." Psalm 113:9. Remember that this is a DIVINE NEW DAY PROPHETIC WORD of encouragement sent forth through the authority and power of Christ Jesus and delivered to the brethren through God's Vessel, Francis Ameyibor. Yes! Hear me, barrenness is not just about the womb. There is womb barrenness, but there is also business barrenness, career barrenness, ministry barrenness, and idea barrenness – where you labour but nothing comes forth.

V. 2026 IS OUR YEAR AND SEASON TO BE LIFTED UP—Today is that wonderful day that yoke will be broken. Today is that wonderful day your story changes. Today is that wonderful day heaven writes a new chapter for you. 2 Corinthians 6:2 says, "...behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.”

PRAYER AND DECLARATION: May today be marked as that WONDERFUL DAY you met Jesus Christ for your salvation. May today be that WONDERFUL DAY your sickness, your debt, and your delay ended. May today be that WONDERFUL DAY you will never forget.

HEAVENLY Father! Make today my wonderful day. Let today be the day I will never forget. Visit me, remember me, and let my miraculous encounter happen today. LORD! Today let me sing out. Oh what a wonderful day, a day I will never forget! In Christ Jesus’ name I pray. AMEN.
