Be careful: Your actions or inactions have consequences

I. DEARLY BELOVED BRETHREN IN THE LORD, in our season and year to be lifted up, let us, therefore, humble ourselves in the sight of the Lord, and then He shall lift us up. For scripture teaches us that whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted. God’s word cannot be contradicted. Humility before God, which is manifest before men, will lead to being lifted up, but naughtiness, pride and disrespect will land us in the land of disgrace, failure and rejection. My beloved, what do you want to harvest in 2026? What did you plant last year? What are you planting now? In spite of what the world economic systems are projecting, in the spirit realm the 2026 season for planting season is still ongoing. Are you ready? Brethren, be it known unto you, and be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

II. DAUGHTER OF ZION, this year avoid the path of mockers, avoid situations which will lead you astray and constantly reflect on your life’s journey consistently to avoid slipping into the path of mockers. Remember that whoever soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption, but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap everlasting life. This is divine order and cannot be changed by anyone. God always offers us a two-way path for us to choose. The LORD sends poverty and wealth; He humbles and He exalts. He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap. He seats them among princes and bestows on them a throne of honour. For the foundations of the earth are the LORD’s, and upon them He has set the world. Beloved, even though God has the power to impose His will on mankind, He does not exercise it. He offers us options and explains them to us.

III. SON OF MAN, remember that if you SOW in physical corruption, you shall REAP imprisonment, disgrace, and losses; if you PEDDLE in falsehood, you shall reap DESTRUCTION, rejection, and loneliness. Beloved, whatever you indulged in has the potency to invoke a blessing or curse. Give, and it shall be given unto you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, shall men give unto you. So, my dear friend, let us watch out for the consequences of our actions. Let us look again at the SEEDS in our HANDS we want to sow. Are you ready to reap during harvest time? What seeds do you have? What are your New Year resolutions? Are your New Year resolutions godly or ungodly? Are they egocentric? What do you intend to harvest through your New Year resolutions? Look at your resolution again? Is there a place for God? Remember that a man’s pride will bring him down, but a humble spirit will obtain honour.

IV. PRECIOUS FRIEND, this year, whatever path you choose is your choice and the consequences thereof. What is your focus for this year? Are you ready to invest in planting godly seeds? Where are you sowing? Who or what are you investing in? Your focus and understanding of God’s word should direct your daily actions and inactions. Therefore, let us not be weary in doing good if it is within our powers and means to do so. You are not seeing the immediate results, but in due season you shall reap if you faint not. As the farmer does not know what happens to the seeds in the soil until they germinate, so shall it be unto you; your seeds shall spring forth, and you shall reap bountifully this season and year. V. 2026 IS OUR YEAR AND SEASON TO BE LIFTED UP – God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent; Has He said it, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good? GOD CANNOT LIE.

PRAYER: May the Lord Water His words are in our hearts and minds from this day forth so that we will sow wisely this year. May we be uplifted physically and spiritually to the glory of God. And may our lifting give us testimonies through Christ Jesus’ name. Amen!
