
Tahiru Lukman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ideapath Consult, was among the graduates at the 4th Congregation of the Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies, where he was awarded a Master of Science in Migration and Security.
Building on his impressive academic foundation, Mr. Lukman holds an MPhil in Environment and Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Community Development from the University for Development Studies. He also possesses a Certificate in Environmental Health and Sanitation.
As a multifaceted professional, Mr. Lukman serves as a Development Consultant, Research Fellow, and Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Specialist, while actively engaging as a Youth Activist and Advocate.
In his leadership role at Ideapath Consult, he leverages his extensive expertise to drive impactful projects focused on sustainable development. His contributions are particularly notable in Ghana's Upper West Region's shea industry, where he has advanced quality assurance practices and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Beyond his consulting work, Mr. Lukman is a prolific author, having published nine academic papers, presented at three research conferences, and contributed over 83 opinion articles as a columnist for the Modern Ghana news portal. His writings address critical social issues and development challenges.
Mr. Lukman's commitment to environmental sustainability is reflected in his professional endeavors and community outreach initiatives.
Additionally, he maintains an active presence on social media, where he has built a substantial following. Through this platform, he engages with young people, advocating for their rights and emphasizing the vital role of youth in shaping development agendas.

He is also grateful to the lecturers of the Center of Migration, Security and International Relation. He is particularly thankful to his supervisor, Dr Dramani File and the Head of Department, Prof. Fuseini Naeem. He further extends his depth of gratitude to Prof. Elijah Yendaw, Dr. Dennis Sumbo, Dr. Francis, and Dr Wulfan for their mentorship and support throughout the course of study. He was also thankful to his course mates for the support.
