The World Is Being Warned

Government Preparations, Planetary Signs and the Approaching Civilisational Shift.
The World Is Being Warned

Introduction: A World Being Told to Prepare

Governments of many countries across thee world are increasingly encouraging their populations to prepare for emergencies that can disrupt ordinary life. Citizens are being advised to maintain supplies of enough food and drinking water, prepare emergency bags, secure essential medicines, establish family communication plans and become capable of surviving many days alone without the mundane public services.

In October 2026, the United Kingdom started the immediate danger call by introducing an updated household preparedness guidance as part of a three-year public campaign that is encouraging people to prepare for disruptions to electricity, water or pipelines, telephone and internet services. France had introduced its Tous responsables emergency preparedness guide in November 2025, while the European Union's Preparedness Union Strategy, adopted in March 2025, established a wider framework for preparing governments, institutions and citizens for multiple categories of crisis.

Around the Pacific, similar preparedness recommendations have being issued by especially nations around the Pacific Ring of Fire. Japan, the Philippines, New Zealand and the United States all have established public guidance encouraging households to maintain emergency supplies, whiles Canada's national guidance also recommends that households be capable of sustaining themselves for at least 72 hours.

Governments have always prepared for disasters, wars, infrastructure failures and other emergencies, yet the increasing prominence of public preparedness campaigns in recent times, particularly this last quarter of 2026, when viewed alongside the planetary developments unfolding around us, raises this wider questions that keeps baffling me:

  1. Why is preparedness becoming such an important message across so many societies just at once, and what does this moment mean within the larger history of human civilization?

  2. Are we entering a period in which the established structures of the world are being tested simultaneously by environmental, political, economic and planetary developments?

  3. Are these simply separate challenges, or are we witnessing the convergence of conditions that ancient civilizations repeatedly warned future generations about?

My thoughts in this paper yet provoking, follows the warnings, examines the planetary signs and revisits the ancestral knowledge that speaks of the ending of old worlds and the emergence of new ones.

Governments Are Preparing: The Global Emergency Message

The at least three-day emergency supply recommendation has become one of the most recognizable features of the contemporary public preparedness campaigns issued by the various governments so far. The instruction is straightforward: households should be able to sustain themselves when ordinary public services become unavailable and emergency assistance is delayed. The countries issuing or maintaining such guidance however occupy very different geographical and political environments.

The Pacific and its surrounding nations:

I give significant attention to the Pacific region because it contains the world's most extensive concentration of active tectonic boundaries, volcanic systems and zones that are prone to earthquake.

Japan, situated along the Pacific Ring of Fire, is maintaining extensive earthquake, tsunami and volcanic preparedness systems. Its government advises households to keep emergency supplies, with provisions for at least three days and preferably a week.

The Philippines, another highly exposed Pacific island nation, promotes emergency go-bags containing essential supplies for at least 72 hours. Its Office of Civil Defense has specifically urged residents of metropolitan Manila to prepare for the possibility of a major earthquake associated with the West Valley Fault.

New Zealand's civil-defense guidance recommends maintaining at least three days of food and water, while recognizing that some communities may become isolated for longer periods following major disasters.

The United States also maintains national emergency supply recommendations through FEMA and Ready.gov. This guidance according to officials, is relevant to the country's Pacific-facing territories and states, including Alaska, Hawaii, California, Oregon and Washington, where earthquake, volcanic and tsunami hazards are important considerations.

Canada, whose western coastline faces the Pacific, similarly advises households to maintain emergency supplies sufficient for at least 72 hours.

These new recommendations illustrate how emergency readiness has become a serious responsibility across many part of the Pacific region.

Europe and the wider preparedness movement

The developments in Europe present another important dimension.

In March 2025, the European Commission officially introduced its Preparedness Union Strategy, calling for an integrated approach to geopolitical tensions, cyber attacks, climate change, health crises and natural hazards. One of its objectives is to encourage citizens to maintain enough essential supplies to remain self-sufficient for at least 72 hours.

France subsequently published its Tous responsables guide in November 2025, providing practical instructions for preparing for a major crisis, regardless of its origin.

The United Kingdom's October 2026 campaign further brought household preparedness into public attention as its updated guidance encourages people to prepare for interruptions to essential services, including electricity, water, telephone and internet connectivity.

Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands and several other European countries also quickly followed the UK and issued public emergency preparedness recommendations, although the recommended duration and specific instructions vary.

The European message is particularly interesting because its preparedness framework does not focus on natural disasters alone. It encompasses geopolitical tensions, cyber threats, infrastructure disruption, health emergencies and environmental risks. Interesting!

Whiles the official explanations are generally based on recognized risks and the need to reduce dependence on emergency services during disruptions, government preparedness converging at this specific period across the globe deserves attention. Governments are acknowledging that the systems supporting ordinary life are vulnerable, that crises can overlap, and that societies must become more resilient but are we sufficiently prepared for the scale of the changes that may lie ahead?

The Pacific Ring of Fire: Why Is So Much Happening There?

The Pacific Ring of Fire as mentioned earlier is one of the most remarkable geological regions on Earth, extending around much of the Pacific Ocean and contains numerous volcanic arcs, deep ocean trenches and tectonic plate boundaries.

Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, New Zealand, Russia's Kamchatka and Kuril regions, as well as the western margins of the Americas all occupy parts of this extensive geological system.

This region – I will say - is a living expression of the Earth's internal processes, not merely a geographical curiosity. Volcanic activity, earthquakes and oceanic disturbances are part of the geological character of this region, yet the concentration of settlements, economic infrastructures and strategic installations around these active boundaries creates an extraordinary yet dangerous relationship between our human civilizations and planetary forces.

The Smithsonian Institution's Global Volcanism Program, working together with the United States Geological Survey, interestingly reported continuing volcanic activity within 22nd to 28th October 2026 across several of the Pacific volcanic regions. sAmong the volcanoes included in this weekly report were:

  • Japan: Aira, Kikai and Suwanosejima.

  • Indonesia: Karangetang, Lewotolok, Marapi, Merapi and Semeru.

  • Philippines: Taal.

  • Vanuatu: Ambae and Ambrym.

  • Papua New Guinea: Langila and Manam.

  • Russia: Chikurachki, Krasheninnikov and Sheveluch.

  • United States: Great Sitkin in the Aleutian volcanic arc.

The report also recorded activity of volcanoes outside the Pacific region, including Etna in Italy and Puracé in Colombia.

These observations are significant and raises serious reasoning: Why is so many communities, cities and economic centers situated along this immense geological boundary? How have our societies adapted to the forces of the Earth beneath them? And what happens when the environmental and social conditions surrounding these communities become increasingly vulnerable?

There is also a deeper question concerning our general relationship with the planet. We have transformed coastlines, polluted oceans, damaged forests and altered ecosystems on an enormous scale which has intensify ecological vulnerability and the consequences of natural hazards.

We often behave as though we can ignore the earths’ own rhythms and processes.

El Niño and the Redistribution of Heat: What Lies Ahead?

Another development demanding attention is the strengthening El Niño event of 2026 - 2027.

According to the United States National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Climate Prediction Center assessment of 8 October 2026, El Niño continues to strengthen, with a strong-to-very-strong event considered likely through January to March 2027.

The World Meteorological Organization's October 2026 update also forecasts exceptionally warm sea-surface temperatures across the central and eastern tropical Pacific, with significant implications for global temperature and rainfall patterns.

El Niño is not simply a rise in temperature in one part of the ocean. It is a large-scale ocean-atmosphere phenomenon that influences weather patterns across distant regions. Its effects can include altered rainfall, prolonged drought in some areas, increased rainfall and flooding in others, and elevated temperatures across bigger parts of the world.

Of course, Africa is not outside off this picture. Parts of Southern Africa will experience increased drought pressure, while other regions may experience different rainfall outcomes. Agricultural systems, water availability, vegetation and food security will all be important areas to monitor. Our relationship with the Sun as Afrikans is deeply embedded in our ancestral cultures, ecological knowledge and ways of life. Across the continent, our communities have developed generations of knowledge around seasonal rhythms, solar cycles, rainfall, cultivation and the movement of life.

The melanin-rich skin of many of our populations offers a biological adaptation that provides greater natural protection against ultraviolet radiation, yet this does not make us fully immune to extreme heat. Prolonged heat can affect our health, water availability, livestock, crops and the wider environment.

The concentration must be on how our communities will navigate these changes. For a continent whose agricultural systems and livelihoods is closely connected to rainfall and ecological conditions, the preservation of water bodies, forests, soils and vegetation is fundamental to our survival. The challenge is not merely to survive a changing climate - it is to restore the relationship between our societies and the natural systems that sustain us.

The Five Elements of Life and the Condition of the Living World

Across the ancient knowledge traditions known to humanity, existence is understood through four fundamental elements or principles of nature. In Husofia – the primordial knowledge system -, Water, Air, Earth, Fire and Sound represent five essential dimensions of life, and existence is incomplete with their active engagement.

These 5 elements offer a way of examining the relationships through which life expresses itself, and are not simply categories for describing physical substances.

  • Water, at its physical power sustains biological existence, regulates ecosystems and connects our communities through rivers, lakes, oceans and rainfall. Water bodies across the world however face pollution, contamination, depletion and destruction.

  • Air is the medium through which life breathes and ecosystems exchange gases, yet atmospheric pollution, industrial emissions and environmental degradation continue to affect the quality of the air upon which life depends.

  • Earth provides the foundation for vegetation, agriculture, habitation and the material conditions of our existence. Soil degradation, deforestation, mining and the destruction of natural habitats have placed enormous pressure on this foundation.

  • Fire,as expressed through the Sun and the energetic processes of existence, sustains life and drives many of the cycles upon which the planet depends. Yet our relationship with energy has become increasingly complicated, particularly through the destructive consequences of its dependence on unsustainable systems. Solar flares has become popular in recent years.

  • Sound is vibration, rhythm, resonance and the movement of energy through a medium. It is fundamental to communication, biological processes, music, ritual, language and the organization of human experience. In both Husofia and Adagana, sound plays an important position among other elements because its relationship with vibration, meaning, consciousness and manifestation opens an entirely different dimension of understanding. We feed ourselves with chaotic sound frequencies and distorted the sonic principles that keeps the cosmos in harmony.

My exploration of Hu (Husofia) and the deeper structure of Adagana brings us to an important question: have we – the scientific world - overlooked one of the fundamental dimensions (sound) through which existence expresses and organizes itself?

The condition of the four familiar elements and our limited understanding of Sound invite us to reconsider the meaning of harmony itself.

Did Previous Civilizations Receive Warnings Before Their End?

Ancient traditions contain recurring accounts of great floods, periods of destruction, migrations, the disappearance of civilizations and the renewal of the world.

The story of Noah's flood is one of the most widely recognized examples, but flood traditions are found across numerous cultures, including ancient Mesopotamian accounts and Indigenous traditions from different parts of the world.

The Hopi traditions preserve teachings concerning successive worlds, purification and humanity's responsibility to live in accordance with the sacred order of existence.

Other ancient accounts speak of Mu, Lemuria and Atlantis, Tartaria, civilizations associated in later historic traditions with great periods of cataclysmic destruction and disappearance.

It is true that these accounts are not identical, and their historical interpretations remain subjects of debate, but their recurring themes deserve attention: humanity can become disconnected from the principles sustaining life, societies can lose their balance, and periods of destruction can precede transformation.

From this understanding, the end of a world does not necessarily mean the destruction of the entire planet earth. The end times means the ending of our current civilization's way of life, the collapse of its institutions, the disappearance of its established authorities and the transformation of its relationship with nature.

The history of humanity contains numerous examples of societies that experienced profound transitions. Environmental pressures, political conflicts, resource depletion, economic instability and social fragmentation have all contributed to the transformation or decline of civilizations of the past.

The ancestral warnings, hence invite a deeper examination of the relationship between our conduct and civilizational continuity. What if the biggest warning contained in these traditions is not simply that destruction will come, but that the conditions leading to destruction are already being created by our human behaviors?

2025 - 2030: The Adagana Prophecy of Return and the Approaching Threshold

While the entire decade (2020 to 2030) has been identified in the Adagana Prophecy of Return as the beginning of the new world (the Harmonic Age), the period from 2025 to 2030 is mapped as a very important window for observing signs of planetary and civilizational transformation. 2020 AD marks “Sofia 01”, and the years 2029 and 2030 are identified as threshold years - particular attention is drawn to volcanic activities, floods, droughts and the changing conditions of the world.

The instruction in the prophecy to observe these above mentioned signs gives the current developments around the world another dimension within this work. Volcanic activity across the Pacific, changing rainfall patterns, the strengthening El Niño event, government emergency preparations and the wider geopolitical developments must be considered within the context of this prophetic window.

It must be differentiated and understood that, my purpose is not to force every current event into a predetermined interpretation - even though existence has no coincidences. My task here is to observe the developments, examine their relationships and understand the deeper teachings associated with the period.

The prophecy speaks to a larger transition: the return of humanity to a forgotten understanding of existence. Part of it translate to English as; “When the world enters its final turning, when iron birds darken the skies and the waters taste of salt and smoke, my children will awaken and gather the scattered bones of the Ancestors. From true bloodlines shall rise the voices of remembrance, and a circle of Fire and Water will reset the Earth.”

This is particularly significant when considered alongside the accounts of previous civilizations and their experiences of destruction and renewal. Are we at another major civilizational epoch, and are the signs appearing across the planet reminders of the consequences of our prolonged disharmony with the cosmic principles?

The coming years deserve serious observation. November and December 2026 in particular will give us an immediate period within which to follow the developments already unfolding. But the larger observation window extends beyond the end of this year - the threshold of 2029/2030 as instructed is still ahead.

The End of an Old World and the Rise of Another

The international order is really experiencing significant transitions and it’s just obvious. Established political and economic powers are facing internal pressures, changing alliances, economic uncertainty and increasing demands for a different distribution of influence.

In Africa, our long struggle for sovereignty, cultural restoration and control over natural resources continues to shape the continent's future. For us, this very moment carries a very particular significance and weighs heavy. The restoration of key ancestral knowledge (especially Husofia or Yeʋe), indigenous/spiritual languages (Adagana), traditional ecological understanding and cultural identity as currently happening in massive waves is not merely an exercise in remembering the past. It is part of establishing the foundations for a different future.

The revival of the primordial Eʋe bloodline and their knowledge, as well as the emergence of Eʋe Ɖukɔ (The Priesthood Nation) and Sɛ-Nzila (the shrine complex) belong within this wider context. The question of Africa's future cannot be separated from the question of how our societies understand themselves, organize our resources, preserve our ecosystems and recover the knowledge systems that sustained our ancestors.

The decline or transformation of established world powers does not automatically guarantee our rise as Africans because, if we are to do so, that rise of the continent must be built through deep ancestral/spiritual knowledge, organization, ecological responsibility, cultural confidence and the restoration of our indigenous intellectual traditions. We can not rise sustainably as a powerful civilization by reproducing the same patterns that contributed to the disorder of the previous one, and this is where the deeper meaning of the Harmonic Reset becomes relevant.

The Harmonic Reset is the restoration of harmonious relationships between humanity, the Earth and the living Cosmos. It recognizes that our existence as humanity is inseparable from the wider systems that sustain us. We can choose to realign with those relationships through wisdom, responsibility and conscious transformation, or it can continue along a path of disharmony until the consequences of that imbalance make change unavoidable – which has already started.

The return to harmony is not just my spiritual aspiration - it is a civilizational necessity.

Conclusion: What Are We Being Warned About?

Our governments are asking us to prepare and the Pacific continues to experience volcanic and seismic activity. El Niño is strengthening, with implications for temperature and rainfall across the world. Ecological systems remain under pressure, while political and economic structures continue to experience significant transitions.

These developments form part of a wider moment that deserves careful observation, as it is not hiding the fact that multiple global catastrophe is imminent, and that governments are preparing for major undisclosed event.

The ancestral traditions remind us that humanity has long been warned about the consequences of losing its relationship with the natural and cosmic order. Their accounts of floods, destruction, purification and the emergence of new worlds invite us to reconsider the direction of our civilization.

The Adagana Prophecy of Return places particular attention on the period from 2025 to 2030, with 2029/2030 identified as threshold years. We are hence entering a period in which observation, preparation and the recovery of ancestral understanding become increasingly important to us as the architects of the new world – the Harmonic Age

Perhaps the most important question afterall is whether the world as we have constructed it can continue in its present form without confronting the consequences of its own disharmony. Governments may prepare for disruptions and communities may prepare for disasters, but humanity must also prepare itself for a deeper transformation in how it understands existence and its place within the Cosmos.

The world is being warned and the signs deserve our attention - the return to harmony is the most important preparation of all!
