Man who tried to kill Ronald Reagan to impress Jodie Foster 'wishes her well'

John Hinckley Jr., who attempted to assassinate former President Ronald Reagan in 1981 in an attempt to impress Jodie Foster, spoke out on a podcast and said he "wishes her well." NBC News' Ryan Reilly reports.
