U.S. and Iran agree to resume talks, stop fighting in the Strait of Hormuz
After days of renewed hostilities, the United States and Iran have agreed to end the back-and-forth fighting around the Strait of Hormuz and resume peace talks to end the 5-month war. That is according to The Wall Street Journal citing officials from the U.S. and other countries involved in the negotiations. A senior Trump administration official tells MS NOW that technical talks are on track for the coming days as planned. Staff writer at The Atlantic covering National Security and the Defense Department Nancy Youssef joins Way Too Early with the analysis.
