The head coach for the Ghana male senior national team, CK Akonnor has handed call-ups to three players from the National Division One League ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying match against South Africa.

The Black Stars will in March take on the Bafana Bafana in a crucial clash on matchday 5 of the group stage of the qualifiers to next year’s continental showpiece.
