Ghana to be represented at World Golf refereeing course

Mr Emmanuel Y.G. Kumordzie, Secretary of the Ghana Golf Association (GGA) will leave Accra for St. Andrews, Scotland on February 9 to take part in this year's World Golf Refereeing course.

Mr Mike Ezan, President of the (GGA) who announced this in Accra on Friday, said about 250 countries will be taking part in the course which is expected to last for one week.

He said this is the first time Ghana is being represented at the course, which is being organised by the Royal and Ancient Golf Association, the world's golf governing body. It is aimed at sharpening the skills of the participants.
