Daniel Kofi Kyereh Scores In St. Pauli’s 4-2 Win Against Heidenheim

Ghanaian attacker Daniel Kofi Kyereh continued his fine form to the season on Sunday afternoon when he scored to inspire FC St. Pauli to a 4-2 win against Heidenheim in the German Bundesliga 2.

The summer signing is already paying off and looks to have no problem finding the back of the net.

After scoring on his debut for the team last weekend, Daniel Kofi Kyereh deservedly earned a starting role for FC St. Pauli today when the team hosted its Matchday 2 opponent at the Millerntor-Stadion.

The forward continued his excellent form and registered his name on the scoresheet after 26 minutes of play after he was assisted by Benatelli.

A little after the half-hour mark, Heidenheim defender Patrick Schmidt scored an own goal to double the lead for the home team.

Despite wholesale changes at halftime from the visiting team, FC St. Pauli still returned after recess to dominate.

Just a minute into the second half, Jannes Luca Wieckhoff scored a third for the team before Maximilian Dittgen netted the final goal in the 70th minute.

Though Christian Kühlwetter and Tobias Mohr netted consolation goals for Heidenheim, they still could not complete a comeback and suffered a 4-2 defeat.

On the Matchday, Daniel Kofi Kyereh lasted 87 minutes of the game and finished with a rating of 7.0 from Modernghana Sports partners SofaScore.
