Accra bourse dips in dull market

Accra, Dec. 21, GNA - The Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) fell by 19.46 points to close at 4,751.17 points as against 4,770.63 points at the previous close.

Change for the year stood at negative 30.12 per cent. Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited made one cedi gain at 7,736 cedis. Accra Brewery Limited lost 99 cedis at 1,300 cedis while Trust Bank Limited shed 900 cedis at 27,000.

Total shares that changed hands dipped heavily at 25,200 shares. Market capitalisation also fell at 91,809.98 billion cedis compared to 91,861.51 billion cedis at the close on Tuesday.
