Germany: The illegal Country

The German „Grundgesetz“ –a form of Constitution- demands in its Preamble that after a German re-unification of West and East Germany a new constitution must replace it.

09.11.1989 the Berlin Wall was falling, 03.10.1990 the “Vereinigungsvertrag” –re-unification treaty- was signed and is celebrated each year as National Holiday.

For over a generation the “Grundgesetz” has been amended in various parts –children and animal rights, same sex marriage etc. – while a new constitution, as demanded in the first pre-paragraph of the “Grundgesetz” has not been followed and seen the light of the day; as the Founding Fathers after World War II had forgotten to request this changes to be undertaken in a certain timeframe.

The longer Germany is ignoring its given mandate by the “Grundgesetz” the more it can most likely seen as a violation against the spirit, ideas and principles of it indicating stronger the circumstance that Germany is potentially becoming an illegal state. Amendments are guiding the development of a society yet are not a new overall concept as demanded in the “Grundgesetz”.

The question arises –and worries all conscious German citizen- why no Political Party from left, red, green, middle, right, ultra-right etc. spectrum of Germany has drafted a new constitution as demanded. While Politicians of the caliber of Konrad Adenauer and Willy Brandt were visionary leaders to see far, today´s German Politicians, no matter which colour they represent, solve each month, even each day only, and a new problem arising from unexpected corner only on a technical agenda.

Angela Merkel, German Chancellor, is the best and most prominent example of our modern Politicians, capable to address daily new challenges, unable to see the bigger picture. Open or closed German borders, getting involved more and more in international affairs yes or not, are not thoughts and initiatives that help to shape this world and make it a better place for all of us.

Visionary leaders grow in human minds which demands societies to come up with a new set of Leaders in Politics, Culture, Economy and Society. Unable leaders only produce unable followers and new unable leaders.

Wonders on the other hand bring “Underdogs” to surface and make the much needed change possible to better and better humanity and human life. “Underdogs” are people hidden away by GOD in the shadow, preserved by him for the right time to come in history and take control of earthly matters to serve humans well; like Joseph in Egypt, Hob for his generation and Abraham did. Unbelievers oppose any such suggestion, yet history has proven over and over again that their judgment was and is wrong.

Politicians and Intellectuals are demanding and deciding about society matters not based on their own experience but by their perception of what sounds best to the voters and citizens to lift themselves up in society. Politicians deciding about social welfare never depended on government support; Politicians deciding about the economy never founded their own company from scratch; Politicians deciding about Tax laws and progressive tax structures are themselves no self-made Millionaires etc. . . . Imagination and intellectual work is not the reflection of reality and can never be an appropriate and just judgement and strategy for any society to move progressively and justified forward.

What does not happen in shortest possible and expected time to the human mind, does not mean it will not happen in the end. Only believers that can wait on the Lord know, one day the unexpected will happen and the “Underdog” will surface to take dominion.

Europe has become old, is tired and has done its job finding itself now in a transition period for a few generations to come before Africa will take over and push the White race aside as it was thousands of years ago. The way forward can be slowed down, but never be stopped.

The skin colour of a black man, no matter whether born in Africa directly or from generations down the line born in the White Man´s world, is a curse for development and hindrance to take control for which, in a transition period, the assistance of outsiders with white skin is needed as catalysts.

On that note Germany, once filled with highly qualified Intellectuals, Artists and Politicians is well advised to bring its house in order and itself in the right position among Nations once the new World ruler has taken its rightful place.
