WordDigest: 5 lessons from 'the converted Saul'

"At once he began to preach in the synagogues that Jesus is the Son of God.

All those who heard him were astonished and asked, "Isn’t he the man who raised havoc in Jerusalem among those who call on this name? And hasn’t he come here to take them as prisoners to the chief priests?"

[Acts 9:21-22]NIV
Previously we discussed about the earthly Saul.
Today we will dwell on the 'converted Saul'.

Why the converted Saul?
Saul's attitude toward the body of Christ Jesus changed when Jesus revealed Himself to Saul on the Damascus road.

Although Saul has been wicked to body of Christ, only Jesus knew when to convert Saul.

After such an amazing moment with Jesus, Saul was no more 'the earthly Saul' but rather 'the converted Saul'.

God caused Ananias to pray and usher Saul
into the ministry of Jesus.
Saul's teachings about Jesus amazed the people.

That was the 'converted Saul'.
Some moral lessons we can learn from this topic.
1. God want us to repent from our sins.
2. Jesus wants us in His kingdom.
3. Conversion comes from the Holy Spirit for that matter Christ Jesus

4. Everyone needs a mentor.
5. God is watching us from above.
In all things, seek the kingdom of God first so that all things may be added to.

God bless you.
Prayer
O God help us know you more in Jesus' name, Amen.

Confession
Jesus Christ is still alive.
