Vodafone Ghana Awarded For Best Social Media Presence

Vodafone Ghana, CIMG Telecommunication Company of the year has won the Organisation with Best Social Media Presence at the inaugural Blogging and Social Media Awards at Blogcamp Ghana 2013. With over 100,000 fans on their Facebook page, Vodafone Ghana has shown great commitment in engaging with their customers and this award is a testament to their efforts.

The award also confirms the findings of Socialbeakers.com, a social media monitoring site, which ranked Vodafone as the company that engages the most with their Facebook fans. Fans of the page receive regular information on the latest products and services and promotions and also have the opportunity to give feedback and report issues. Customers can also take part in daily competitions to win prizes ranging from airtime to the latest smartphones.
