Journalists in Ghana suffer the worst remuneration and salaries — Entertainment Broadcaster

Ace entertainment broadcaster of YFM and CEO of Ghana's Hub For Pop Culture & Urban Entertainment News, Ebenezer Donkoh, popularly known as NY DJ has lamented the challenges faced by the media in the country.

According to the award-winning content creator, media practitioners are frequently denied the opportunity to express their concerns.

In a Twitter post spotted by Modernghana News on Tuesday, June 5, 2022, NY DJ emphasized that many of his colleagues face several challenges, including low remuneration and salaries.

“Unfortunately, the media is not 'allowed' to talk about the many challenges the media faces. People in my sector suffer some of the worst remuneration and salaries but hey, who am I? They say "lions don't eat lions". I'm done with this thing,” his tweet reads.
