Popular Nollywood actor dies few hours after movie shoot

Popular Nollywood actor David Osagie has passed on shortly after a movie shoot.

According to close friends and fellow actors, Mr. Osagie was full of life during the movie shoot and did not show any sign of ill health.

“He wasn’t sick, it just happened. How do we explain this, another loss in Nollywood? Oh Lord have mercy. Rest in peace Sir Dave,” one Nollywood actor posted on Instagram.

The sad incident took place yesterday, May 3, 2022, shortly after he had taken part in a movie shoot.

He was born, Osagie Ogbeosamudia David at Igbanke in Delta State, Nigeria October 1, 1968.

The actor who holds a bachelor’s degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria died at age 53.
