Nollywood actor Ernest Asuzu is dead

Nollywood actor Ernest Asuzu has passed on.

According to his wife, Jennifer Asuzu, the unfortunate incident took place at his residence after he slumped on Tuesday, January 26, 2020 and never woke up.

Asuzu, 37, began his acting career in the ’90s and rose to prominence after he starred in the 1997 Nollywood classic, ‘Rituals’

In his last interview in December, 2020 he admitted that he had been through a few spiritual problems some of which included an illness which left him bedridden for three years.

Earlier, he had been on an eight year hiatus and in that interview, he promised a comeback.

Ernest, aside acting was an artist and he performed as El Cream and is succeeded by his wife and two children.
