Persib Bandung coach looking to raise the fitness of Michael Essien after debut

Head coach of Indonesian coach Persib Bandung, Djadjang Nurdjaman is hoping that some training sessions will bring the best out of Michael Essien and Carlton Cole who both made their debut for the club over the weekend.

The two players who had been stars in the Premier League have yet to show an optimum performance though they got debut goals.

"Cole and Essien might not be 100 percent, but I think there will be progress," said Djadjang
