Tema Youth Claim European Offers For Duo
Tema Youth claim there are foreign offers for duo Moses Odjer and Joseph Attamah Larweh.
The two players played influential roles for Ghana's Under-20 team as they clinched bronze at the 2013 FIFA Under-20 World Youth Championship in Turkey.
English giants Liverpool are reported to have enquired about 16-year-old Odjer while Udinese and Sevilla are rumoured to be interested.
Youth deputy Chief Executive Henry Asante Twum says offers are pouring in for the duo.
“So far, it has been good for these players because the clubs have come in to ask after them. It is because they impressed in Turkey,” Twum told Citi FM
“Odjer played very well while Attamah featured in six of the team's seven matches. They are the most fortunate ones of our contingent in the under-20 team because they now have the clubs coming after them.
“For Odjer, clubs like FC Porto and others from France and Italy showed serious intent during the early stages of the World Cup and it has continued while Attamah has been the subject of interest of clubs in Turkey.”
Twum revealed there are no concrete offers for striker Francis Narh and defender Jeremah Arkoful but remained hopeful they will tie down a deal in due course.
