Hearts Face Difficult Task At Berekum

Accra Hearts Of Oak line up

The Glo Premier League returns to all the league centers tomorrow with defending champions Hearts of Oak facing a difficult task against Arsenal at the Berekum Golden City Park.

Currently lying fourth on the league table, the champions come face-to-face with a side that had not been faring well lately but looks unbeatable at home.

Arsenal who are ninth on the league are yet to taste defeat at home and would be counting on skipper Yakubu Saliu, Henry Ohene Brenya and Francis Aggrey to tame the Phobians.

At the El Wak Sports Stadium, the team of the moment Aduana Stars would play as guests of Great Olympics.

Coached by veteran Herbert Addo who won the league with Hearts, Kotoko and AshGold, the Dormaa boys have been good travelers this year securing some vital points at Essipong and Obuasi against Wise and AshGold. They have in their fold unsung heroes who will be instrumental in helping the team to deliver.

Third-placed Wa All Stars travel to Abrankese to battle fifth-placed Kessben FC who have lost all their first two matches in the second round. Both sides have very good players in their fold but the match would be won from the bench where Bashiru Hayford battles Maxwell Konadu.

Elsewhere, second-placed  AshGold host Hasaacas at the Len Clay Sports Stadium. The Giants of the West have not had things easy this season and will want to use this encounter to make amends.

Liberty Professionals welcome King Faisal to the Carl Reindorf Park while Eleven Wise host New Edubiase at Essipong, with RTU welcoming Heart of Lions to the Tamale Sports Stadium.

Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko would this afternoon play as guests of Senegalese new-comers ASC Linguère Saint Louis as they begin their campaign in this year's CAF Champions League.
