Annan wins Norwegian title
Ghana international Anthony Annan won his second Norwegian league title with Rosenberg BK, the club's 21st crown, at the weekend with four games to spare by beating nearest rivals Molde FK 2-0 away.
Annan was one of the new talents that complimented the efforts of the six players that secured the championship for the club in 2006.
The 23-year-old won his first silverware on loan at Stabaek from IK Start in 2008.
It is believed the aggressive midfielder likened to compatriot Michael Essien will end his two-year stay in Norway with a move elsewhere-preferably England.
Annan had trials with Blackburn Rovers in the summer of 2008 but was denied a deal. He has played all of Ghana's matches in the 2010 World Cup qualifiers.
