Danish duo track Benson
Ghanaian youngster Ekow Benson is the target of Danish sides FC Copenhagen and Odense BK after an impressive run in the league for his local side Tema Youth.
Reports claim the two clubs are jostling for the signature of the 20-year-old and are ready to pay a figure believed to be in the region of US$200,000.
Benson was early last year handed a two week- trial by French side Rennes but returned home without a deal.
He was spotted by former national team coach Claude Leroy during his two year stint with the Black Stars.
He made his international debut in 2007 as a substitute in Ghana's 1-0 loss to Brazil in a friendly in Stockholm.
Benson is the half brother of Black Stars deputy captain John Mensah.
