Medeama SC have already sealed the title after a commanding 5-2 victory over Heart of Lions at TNA Park last weekend, confirming their status as champions ahead of the final round.
All remaining matches are scheduled to kick off simultaneously at 15:00 GMT on Sunday, with attention shifting to battles for pride, European qualification places, and survival at the bottom of the table.
At the Accra Sports Stadium, Hearts of Oak will entertain newly crowned champions Medeama SC, while Asante Kotoko welcome relegation-threatened Swedru All Blacks to the Baba Yara Stadium.
At the Wenchi Sports Stadium, Young Apostles—still fighting to avoid the drop—face FC Samartex, while Vision FC take on Aduana FC at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex.
Karela United host relegation-threatened Nations FC at the Aliu Mahama Stadium, while Bibiani Gold Stars take on already relegated Eleven Wonders at Dun’s Park.
At the AAK II Park, Basake Holy Stars will battle Dreams FC in a crucial survival fixture, while Berekum Chelsea square off with regional rivals Bechem United at the Golden City Park.
Meanwhile, Heart of Lions’ scheduled home game against Hohoe United has been cancelled after Hohoe United withdrew from the competition.
