It is worrying we are not winning games at home - Kotoko interim coach Prince Yaw Owusu

Interim Asante Kotoko coach Prince Yaw Owusu has voiced his frustration over the team’s struggles to secure victories on home soil, disappointing their loyal fans.

The Porcupine Warriors were held to a 0-0 draw by a 10-man Vision FC in last weekend’s Matchday 24 clash at the Baba Yara Stadium, prompting widespread fan disappointment.

Ahead of their Matchday 25 encounter with Karela United, Yaw Owusu reflected on the points dropped, particularly in front of their home crowd.

“It’s not easy at all. A lot of thinking about what’s going on, what is happening, why Kumasi, all those things cross my mind," he told the club's media.

"It hurts a lot because my fans are also in Kumasi, and this is where we have to satisfy them, and it’s not happening. It’s very difficult for us,” Yaw Owusu added.

The upcoming fixture against Karela United is set for a 15:00 GMT kickoff at the Aliu Mahama Stadium.
