Champions Medeama SC presents Premier League trophy to Anglogold Ashanti (PHOTOS)
Ghana Premier League champions, Medeama Sporting Club presented their trophy to Anglogold Ashanti, Iduapriem on Thursday.
The playing body and the technical team made the trip to the office premise of the multiple open-pit operations located 10 km south of Tarkwa, and 70 km off Takoradi.
The Yellow and Mauve secured the Premier League title following a resounding 3-0 final-day victory against Tamale City FC at Akoon Park on June 11, 2023.
It is the club’s first League title and that put Medeama as the 3rd most successful Club in the Western Region after Sekondi Hasaacas and Sekondi Eleven Wise.
