Mohammed Kudus: Ghana star now Ajax poster boy after consecutive MVP swoops

Ghana international, Mohammed Kudus seems unstoppable at the moment after his latest starring performance for Ajax in the Dutch Eredivisie.

Until last Wednesday, the talented forward had not started a game for his team since the start of the 2022/23 football season.

Having been named in the starting eleven of Ajax for the Uefa Champions League encounter against Scottish giants Rangers, Mohammed Kudus was unplayable as he thrilled fans with his performance.

On the matchday, the attacking midfielder was used as a false nine and fitted in just fine. He scored and provided an assist to inspire Ajax to a delightful 4-0 win against Rangers.

As a reward for that performance, Mohammed Kudus today earned a place in the Ajax first eleven when the team locked horns with Heerenveen in the Dutch Eredivisie.

Just as in his last game, the Black Stars poster boy put up a fantastic display and bagged a brace to lead Ajax to a big 5-0 victory.

His performance today earned him a top rating of 8.1 as he finished the match with the Man of the Match award.

Today’s Man of the Match award is the second consecutive award he has picked this week.

The talented youngster now has four goals and one assist after making seven appearances in all competitions.

Mohammed Kudus, 22, has hit top form at the right time as Ghana gears up for the international friendly match against Brazil.
