Black Satellites depart Ghana for Niger ahead of WAFU Zone B qualifiers
Ghana’s U-20 team, Black Satellites have left the shores of Ghana for Niamey, Niger ahead of the WAFU Zone B U-20 qualifiers.
The team made up of 18 players and 7 technical members left Ghana on Wednesday morning.
The Black Satellites defeated Heart of Lions 2-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium on Tuesday to wrap up their final preparations.
The Black Satellites have been pitted in Group B and will open their campaign with a game against the Flying Eagles of Nigeria on Sunday, May 8 before taking on the Young Stallions of Burkina Faso on May 14, 2022.
